TexCentriCares is a Texas nonprofit corporation that has applied for (or intends to apply for) IRS recognition of 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. Upon such recognition — which is subject to the IRS's discretion — contributions made on or after our June 26, 2026 formation date are expected to qualify as tax-deductible charitable contributions to the extent allowed by law.
